I charge $250 for a 50 minute therapy session, with payment due at the time of service. Some people may benefit from longer therapy sessions, and if that aligns with your clinical needs, fees will be prorated accordingly. For individuals requesting Prolonged Exposure treatment, these sessions are typically 90 minutes, which would be a prorated fee of $450.

Please provide 48 hours advance notice of any cancellation. You will be charged the full session fee for appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, unless we both agree that an emergency precluded your ability to do so. I strive to offer you the option of rescheduling any cancelled appointment for the same week when my schedule allows.

I am an out of network provider, which means I do not bill insurance companies directly. Depending on your insurance plan, you may be eligible for reimbursement for a portion of your therapy sessions. I encourage you to contact your insurance provider to learn about your out of network mental health benefits. I’m happy to provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who aren’t using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

• You have the right to receive a GFE for the total expected cost of non-emergency items and services.

• Make sure your health care provider gives you a GFE in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, or any other provider you choose, for a GFE before you schedule an item or service.

• If you receive a bill that is at least $400 dollars more than your GFE, you can dispute the bill.
